Eduardo Henrique Pinto de Carvalho graduated with a Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2008 and holds a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2013. He was a DAAD scholar at LMU (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität) in Munich and an international associate at the American law firm Duane Morris LLP. He has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2009, having worked at global companies and national and international law firms during his nearly 20-year career. His practice focuses on Debt Restructuring, Regulated Sectors, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Contracts, Contractual Litigation, Corporate Law and Capital Markets, Loans and Financial Markets, and Corporate Disputes, with an emphasis on Manufacturing Industry, Energy, Mining, Transportation and Logistics, Retail and Distribution.
